Terms of Use

By using the Sore Travel website and services, you accept the terms below. We have written them to define the framework of our relationship — from booking to cancellation, from the limits of our liability to force majeure — openly and accountably.

Booking and price lock

Tour reservations must be completed within the price-lock window shown to you. Prices are set in USD and displayed in TRY, EUR or USD at the current Central Bank (TCMB) rate. Complete payment within the lock window and the price shown is held. When the lock expires it is released automatically, and the price is recalculated at the current rate. The price per person, what's included and what's not, are shown clearly on every tour before you pay — no surprises at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation policy is simple and transparent, and shown on every tour before you pay. For group tours, a tiered refund policy applies: 100% (full refund) with 30 days or more before departure; 50% at 15–29 days; 25% at 7–14 days; and 0% (no refund) within 0–6 days or for a no-show. For private configurable tours and bespoke tours, booking-specific terms apply and are stated in your quote. You can start a refund request from your account page; once our team approves it, the refund is returned to your original payment method.

Liability and force majeure

Sore Travel owns the logistics end to end — but exceptional events outside our control call for flexibility. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, official travel restrictions and the like), we reserve the right to amend or cancel the itinerary. Where that happens, we offer you the most suitable alternative — rescheduling, an equivalent programme, or a refund — transparently. For disruptions arising from third-party suppliers (airlines, accommodation and so on) beyond our reasonable control, our responsibility is governed by the relevant supplier's terms.
